Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.

Delivery and Property Liability

I understand that as a result of material delivery, damages may occur to my property. Landscape Rock Shop is not liable for any damages beyond the curb of the public road. This includes, but is not limited to, ruts, oil spots, driveway damage, or structural damage. I, the homeowner or agent, assume full responsibility for any damages incurred to my property beyond the curb, even if I am not home during the time of delivery.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

To ensure our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently, the following policies apply to all orders:

Customer Cancellation and Modification Window

Self-service order modifications and cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. If you need to request a change or cancellation within this 24-hour window, you must contact our team directly. Approval of these late requests is not guaranteed and is granted solely at the discretion of Landscape Rock Shop.

Example:If your delivery is scheduled for Friday morning, you cannot log into your account and change or cancel the order on Thursday. You must call our team, and we will try to accommodate the request provided the truck has not already been routed or loaded.

Modification Limits

To maintain efficient routing, order details can only be changed or modified by the customer once per order (provided the change is requested outside of the 24-hour window).

Example:If you realize you need delivery on Wednesday instead of Tuesday and make that update online, you cannot later change the date a second time to Thursday. Any further adjustments will require our team approval.

Refunds and Cancellations

All eligible customer cancellations and subsequent refunds are subject to review and will be granted solely at the discretion of the Landscape Rock Shop team.

Example:If you cancel your order a week in advance, we will process a full refund. However, if you request a cancellation right as the driver is arriving at your property, a refund may not be granted, or a restocking/delivery fee may be deducted.

Company Right to Cancel

Landscape Rock Shop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any order at any time due to changes in driver schedules, weather conditions, or product availability, including within the 24-hour delivery window. In the event that Landscape Rock Shop cancels your order, a full refund will be issued.

Example:If a severe rainstorm makes it unsafe to operate heavy machinery, or if a delivery truck unexpectedly breaks down, we may need to push your delivery to the next available day or cancel the order entirely for a full refund.

No Refunds or Returns on Delivered Material

All sales of bulk landscape material are final once delivery has been completed. Landscape Rock Shop does not accept returns of any delivered material, and no refunds will be issued for material that has been delivered to your property.

By nature, bulk materials such as rock, gravel, and mulch cannot be feasibly retrieved, repackaged, or resold once they have been placed on your property. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to verify product selection, quantity, and delivery details before placing an order. This policy does not affect your right to cancel an order prior to delivery in accordance with the Order Modifications and Cancellations terms above.

Quantity and Coverage Estimates

Any coverage estimates, calculators, or quantity recommendations provided on our website or by our staff are offered as general guidance only. Actual coverage will vary depending on factors including the depth of application, the contour and grade of the area, compaction, and the specific characteristics of the material.

Landscape Rock Shop is not responsible for over- or under-calculations regarding the quantity or coverage of material ordered or delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the amount of material needed for their project prior to placing an order.

No refunds or adjustments will be issued due to material ordered in excess of what was needed, or due to a shortage requiring an additional order.

Product Color and Appearance

Product colors, color tones, and images displayed on our website are for general reference only and may vary from the actual material delivered. Natural landscape materials such as rock, gravel, and mulch are subject to variation in color, texture, and appearance due to factors including natural mineral composition, moisture content, lighting conditions, and seasonal availability.

Landscape Rock Shop makes no guarantee that the color or appearance of any material delivered will exactly match the images or descriptions shown on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that reasonable variation in product appearance is inherent to natural bulk materials and does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation.
